SAY GOODBYE TO THE FALL!

Shane and I hiked up in Ogden Canyon at the beginning of the fall. It was the first time in my life that I actually liked the autumn...and it's because I took the time to enjoy it! Shane seems to make the most of every season so it makes it hard to pick a favorite now...all through the late spring, summer, and fall we enjoy hiking, mountain biking, four wheeling, camping, swimming, picnics, reading books at the park, feeding the ducks etc... In the winter we love to ski, snow shoe, bring all our blankets into the family room to have a "slumber party", and year-round, we love to take walks at night...it gives us time to let the world go and really talk with each other. No matter how hot or cold, we love to be out.
So here it comes...WINTER! I'm actually excited because I know my husband will make the best of it for both of us!

Park City

My parents and Shane and me went up to Park City and spent a weekend in their condo for my mom's birthday... It's located right next to the old Park City Main Street. We went out to dinner at Zoom, shopped at the outlets, and sat out by the fire at night...what a relaxing and fun weekend! It was great to be together, and it made it even better to spend some time with Mom and Dad Ferguson.

California...we love you!

Oh how we love California! In November Shane and I were able to go back to California, this time to my parents condo in Newport Beach. It was beautiful! The weather was warm, the sun was shining...but the best part about it was spending lots of time with each other. We went to Disneyland (which I really do believe is the happiest place on earth) and the Aquarium of the Pacific which was awesome! We had SOOO much fun. This is a picture of us at the Newport Beach pier...so beautiful.
